"Super easy to reorder"
I liked that it saves my old order, so when I need to get the same stuff again it was really quick. Made the whole reorder thing way easier

I ordered a batch of company shirts for an upcoming event and expected to be waiting a couple of weeks, but they arrived much sooner than that. I really appreciated the clear updates along the way, especially knowing when the order moved into production and when it shipped. The turnaround time was impressive, and it took a lot of stress off my plate since I needed everything ready before the event. I’d definitely order from them again.

The box showed up a little dented, so I was a bit worried at first. Once I opened it, though, everything inside was wrapped really well and nothing was damaged. Overall, the packaging did its job and the items arrived safe.

"Shirts were just okay"
I ordered a few company shirts and they looked alright when they first showed up, but the fabric felt kinda thinner than I expected. After just one wash, one of the logos already looked a bit faded, which was dissapointing. Shipping was fine and everything was in the box, so no issues there, but for the price I thought the quality would be better. I probably wouldn’t order these same shirts again.

We ordered 85 polos and a batch of quarter zips for our office, and the pricing was better than a few other sites I checked. I was a little nervous about placing such a big order, but everything showed up organized well enough and the logo looked really good. There weren’t any weird surprise charges at the end either, which I appreciated. The only frustrating part was the waiting, it did arrive around the time they said it would, but I was still checking for updates constantly and wishing it would move faster. Overall, for the money, I’d probably use Merchology again for team orders.

I was really disappointed when I saw the final result because the logo was totally off from what I expected. I understand mistakes can happen, but this is something that should’ve been checked before being sent out. I’d like the company to take responsibility and make it right

I felt like I paid way too much for what was basic overall. The quality was okay, nothing terrible, but definitely not good enough to justify the price. It also had this kind of empty, no-real-person-there feeling, which made the whole experience feel even less worth it

I ordered a logo hoodie from Merchology and it looked good when it showed up. But after just 2 washes, the print started cracking and the fabric felt kinda rough. For what I paid, I really expected it to last a bit better.

"Really solid delivery experience"
I’ve ordered from Merchology a couple times now, the delivery has been super reliable. I was a little stressed with my last order because we needed the shirts for a work event, but then it actually showed up a day earlier than expected, which was such a relief. Tracking was simple to follow, everything was in the box, and the whole process just felt easy. Happy with it overall.

"Pretty slow support, honestly"
I reached out to customer service and it took way longer than I expected to get a reply. When they finally did respond, it didn’t really fix the issue, at least not in any clear way. I’m sure I was just sitting around waiting for nothing.

Maybe it’s just me, but the shirt looked a bit darker in person than it did in the picture. It’s still okay and I’ll wear it, just not exactly the color I was expecting.
